Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Williams is an accomplished leader with over 10 years of social science research experience. She has expertise in research design & implementation, as well as collaborating with policy researchers, correctional practitioners, and community members. With expertise in strategic management and grant acquisition, she has been instrumental in influencing policy and practical application. As a collaborative partner, Dr. Williams has established strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders, demonstrating an ability to foster collaboration and achieve strategic goals across research initiatives.
